• Provide technical support on Enterprise business applications including business process and systems design, development and implementation of applications software with a working knowledge of the technical infrastructure underpinning these applications.
• Work as part of a service team to implement complex technical solutions that meet SPREP business requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to the IT Team on SPREP-wide applications and databases, IT infrastructure, services, processes, and other technical end user support.
