- Global Compendium of Weeds
- CABI Invasive Speceis Compendium (CABI-ISC)
- Pacific Island Ecosystems at Risk (PIER)
- USDA National Invasive Species Information Center
- Pacific Invasives Initiative (PII)
- SPC - Pest List Database - The Pacific Islands Pest List Database (PLD) stores records of pests that are currently known to affect agriculture, forestry and the environment in the Pacific island countries and territories.
- Insects of Guam - aim to facilitate collaboraton among entomologists working in Micronesia; online database for specimens at the University of Guam; one-stop shop for information on Micronesian insects
- Cook Islands Biodiversity & Natural Heritage - an online database focusing on species found in the Cook Islands. You can search using scientific, common and Cook Island Maori names
- Samoan Birds - a website dedicated to Samoan birds
