The Secretariat is pleased to inform you that the Pacific Climate Change Centre (PCCC) launches their first Open-Learning program under the PCCC Project for Capacity Building on Climate Resilience in the Pacific (CBCRP-PCCC). The Open-Learning program is designed primarily for entry-level to mid-level practitioners from governments and non-government institutions including the private sector and is open through self-registration on the PCCC e-Learning Platform.
