SPREP Conference Opening Ceremony

This is a video recording of the 6th SPREP Conference on Nature, Conservation and Protected Areas, held in Pohnpei Micronesia from September 27th-3rd October, 1997. First opening speech given by Governor of Pohnpei State, followed by SPREP Director; Tamarii Tuitangata. This was followed by the election of officers, selection of 2 committees and a recital of house keeping arrangements.
