Cir#22/33: PACIFIC SUB-REGIONAL PREPARATORY MEETINGS FOR THE CONFERENCE OF THE PARTIES TO THE BASEL, ROTTERDAM, AND STOCKHOLM CONVENTIONS

This circular serves to inform you all that SPREP in its capacity as the Pacific Regional Centre for the Joint Implementation of the Basel and Waigani Conventions including the Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions (BRS), will be hosting a sub-regional preparatory meeting for BRS Parties in the Pacific from 17 to 18 May 2022. The primary objective of the sub-regional preparatory meeting is to support Pacific Parties to actively participate in the BRS Conference of the Parties meetings scheduled for 6 to17 June 2022.
