Cir#23/28: Proposal to amend the Waigani Convention to be considered at the extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties.

This circular serves to communicate to Parties and signatories to the Waigani Convention the text of a proposal to amend the Waigani Convention submitted by Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Samoa.

The proposal will be considered at the extra ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties, which is scheduled to take place on the 13 October 2023.
