Cir#23/70: Invitation to attend the 17th Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Noumea Convention as Observers.

The 17th Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Noumea Convention (Noumea COP17) will convene on 31 August 2023 at the Taumeasina Island Resort in Samoa. This will follow the 12th Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Waigani Convention on 1 September 2023.
