Climate Change Resilience
SPREP is happy to release the new publication "The Pacific Guide to Project Proposal Preparation for the Kyoto Protocol Adaptation Fund". This guide was developed as part of SPREP's efforts to assist member countries to access adaptation funding.
The need for a manual was identified as a direct result of a regional workshop which we conducted in partnership with the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN), the Secretariat of the Pacific Community EU funded Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA) Small Island States Project; Pacific Island Forum Secretariat and the Adaptation Fund Secretariat.
This manual was written by Pacific Research and Evaluation Associates (PREA), with valuable input made by Ms Zena Grecni, during her time at SRPEP as a Yale intern. It was developed in partnership with the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat and the Kyoto Protocol Adaptation Fund.
