Report of the Twenty First (21st) SPREP Meeting, 6 - 9 September 2010, Madang, Papua New Guinea.

The Twenty?first SPREP Meeting (21SM) was convened in Madang, Papua New Guinea from 6 to 10 September 2010. Representatives of the following SPREP countries and territories attended: American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, United Sates of America (USA) and Vanuatu. Observers from a range of regional, international and non?governmental organisations (NGOs) also attended.
