This report addresses the following questions as specified by the SPREP: What is the latent sea-level rise due to anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases from pre-industrial times to the present and projected anthropogenic emmisions of greenhouse gases from pre-industrial times to 2020 given that the Kyoto Protocol emission target are met.
