First Regional Task Force Meeting

A summary record of dicussion shall be adopted by each meeting of the Programme Technical Advisory Group prior to the close of the meeting and submitted to the Director of SPREP. THe project Coordination Unit will circulate a final version of the summary record, complete with attachments detailing the agenda of the meeting, meeting participants nad other matters considered by the meeting.
