  • Strengthen SPREP capacity to design and implement regional approaches to coastal and marine ecosystem management, including implementation of the Pacific Coral Reef Action Plan at regional and national levels.

  • Provide strategic, policy, and technical advice to SPREP Members to support their priorities on coastal and marine ecosystem conservation and management in the context of the Pacific BioScapes Programme.
