Delegation OfficeThe Pacific Delegation Office at COP29 is a Pacific partnership with the New Zealand Government managed by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP). Our Pacific Delegation Office is just over 100 sqm in size and is located in the Blue Zone.

The Pacific Delegation Office at COP29 is a dedicated quiet and private space to allow Pacific Island delegations to hold coordination meetings, a safe space to strategise negotiations approaches, hold bilateral or other meetings, and  a working space when the office is not in use. We do note that our High LevelPSIDS are our priority when using this space.

The Pacific Delegation Office will provide our Pacific negotiators with dedicated working, and meeting spaces.

As the Delegation Office itself is a dedicated working space for Pacific delegates, booking of the spaces will only be available for high-level, dedicated PSIDS meetings.

To check availability and book space for use in all spaces you can visit the Reception, or email  [email protected].

Virtual capabilities will be made possible pending internet availability and capability on site.  To find out more please visit the Pacific Delegation Office in advance.

We kindly ask that you follow our Guidelines for using the Pacific Delegation Office.
