Climate Change and Sea Level Rise in the South Pacific Region: Report of the Second Meeting

A second SPREP Meeting on Climate Changes and Sea Level Rise in the South Pacific Region was considered desirable because of the major advances that have been made due to work undertaken by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Changes process and, in paricular, more information being available on Climate Change science, impacts and response strategies, need to update and input into ongoing negotiations for a Climate Change Convention, Need for Regional input on Climate Change to the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.
