Coastal infrastructure management plan, Palauli East District and Tafua: implementation guidelines

The Implementation Guidelines describe the solutions proposed that will increase the resilience of the villages in the Plan area and the ways these solutions can be implemented. The solutions are presented for each of the infrastructure items that have moderate to low resilience. Where one solution will provide benefits to other items of infrastructure these "Other Benefits" are also noted. Implementation is considered to be the joint responsibility of both the villages and the government in partnership.
