Guide to Environmental Legislation in Queensland

The aim of this guide is to provide a general outline of the principal legislative provisions for environmental management in Queensland. It is intended for those without specialised knowledge of the law, but who need to be aware of the statutory requirements associated with environmental control. All relevant legislation enacted as at December 1982 is summarized. However, the guide dose not cover regulations, by- law or ordinances, not does it include Commonwealth legislations.
