Mission Report of the IMO Consultant on Marine Pollution

The format used in the draft SPREP Regional Contingency Plan prepared by tge International Maritime Organization, has been followed as a basis of layout for this report. Uniformity of layout of regional, national and local plans, will assist in developing familiarity with and confidence in, the use of these publications as a valuable tool in the event of marine pollution incidents.
