Pacific water and wastewater utilities benchmarking report 2013.

This report presents benchmarking results from 24 water utilities, 20 of which completed the 2013 benchmarking questionnaire. Collectively these utilities supply water and wastewater services in 14 countries and 2 US protectorates in the Pacific region.
