Proceedings of the Joint Coastal Zone management and climate change workshops.

The main objective of this book was identify the major research needs of the region and to prepare project proposals to address them. In this effort many lending scientists involved in global change activities in the region representing unversities, inter-governmental, and NGO took part. The summaries of the project proposals are included in this report together with the scientific papers presented during the plenary sessions.
