• Plan, coordinate and implement activities that promote ecosystem-based adaptation (EBA) across two field sites in Vanuatu.

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to Pacific Island countries and territories in the formulation and delivery of national and regional programmes and projects to support their priorities for conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity.

• Ensure SPREP’s outreach activities to raise environment awareness and responsibility are implemented successfully;
• Raise the profile of environment issues, SPREP, its partners and actions to address environment issues.
• Support and contribute to the successful outputs of the Communications and Outreach Unit

• Coordinate outsourcing of SPREP resources and publications
• Assist with developing news media content and activities
• Support and contribute to the successful outputs of the Communications and Outreach Unit

• Provide financial services and administrative support to the PEBACC project.
