• Provide administrative and secretarial support services to the Programme Director and the EMG Programme.

• Manage all aspects of the DFAT funded Project on ‘Strengthening the Services of the Pacific Climate Change Centre”
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of project activity and performance, and the management and reporting on funds granted to the PCCC to achieve the project outcome and outputs.

This job exists to:

• Provide management of the finances, procurement and administration and support and contribute to the implementation and delivery of activities under the Project on ‘Strengthening the Services of the Pacific Climate Change Centre.’

• Provide strategic planning advice and support to the SPREP Strategic Plan 2017 – 2026, PIP, Results Framework, and work planning processes.
• To ensure planning and performance practices, lessons and approaches within SPREP are applied effectively to strengthen strategic planning, programming processes and future initiatives.

• Lead the management and implementation of all project outcomes and outputs in collaboration with other CCR Programme units and Pacific Small Islands Developing States and partners.
• Support the facilitation and coordination of the technical engagement and management of partnerships under the project.
