This position exists to:

• Provide support and assistance to the IT Team on SPREP-wide applications and databases, IT infrastructure, services, processes, and other technical end user support concentrating on IT capacity building

• Build, administer and manage the SPREP local and wide area network (LAN/WAN);
• Provide high level technical support for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems portfolio
• Build, deploy and maintain hardware systems in support of SPREP portfolio of Regional ICT tools and applications
• Develop and administer appropriate security solutions to safeguard SPREP ICT infrastructure

This job exists to:

• To provide strategic leadership and management of SPREP’s communication, advocacy and outreach work programme.

This job exists to:

• Lead, manage and implement the Ecosystem-based climate change adaptation in the Pacific Islands (PEBACC+) project in Fiji, New Caledonia, Solomon, Vanuatu and Wallis & Futuna
• Coordinate the project implementation in Fiji

This job exists to:

• Develop and deliver communication and outreach content, products, media, synthesis material and training to support the outcomes of the PEBACC+ project.
